Type‑C Cable Reuse & Installation
The extender bracket ships without a Type‑C cable to reduce e‑waste. Reuse the cable supplied with your Meshroom case:
Detach the Type‑C cable from the case’s Power/I‑O module. | ![]() |
Remove the entire extender‑bracket PCB (four screws). | ![]() |
Mount the Type‑C cable onto the PCB reserved space | ![]() |
Re‑attach the PCB assembly to the bracket using the original screws. | ![]() |
Complete Bracket Installation
Compatibility Note: All Variant A & B of Meshroom S & D cases, Extender brackets, and panels share uniform dimensions and hole patterns, ensuring 100% interchangeability.
Remove the front/bottom frame with I/O module from your Meshroom S/D case; keep all screws. | ![]() |
Prepare Extender Bracket with installed Type-c Cable. | ![]() |
Align the extender bracket (with Type‑C cable installed) to the original frame holes and secure with original screws. | ![]() |

Warranty & Replacement Policy
- Extender Bracket Variant A (Old): If your old PCB fails and we have stock, you’ll receive the same variant; otherwise, you’ll be upgraded to Variant B.
- Extender Bracket Variant B (New): We will replace any damaged new‑version PCB under warranty to maintain a consistent user experience.
- Note: All Meshroom Extender Bracket come with a 1-year warranty. I/O module and PCB part replacements are covered under warranty.
